Brad and Clayton were out on a Friday morning (within 24 hours of my call - I had some issues, potentially avoiding a catastrophic situation), had a quote to me within an hour ($1,100 lower than the lowest of the other two from Wednesday), and then got two guys out first thing Tuesday morning. The work was outstanding, fast, efficient, and the new box looks awesome. Even had some code changes that had to be implemented during the job.
